We designed this Rear Crossmember to relocate the upper mounts of the rear shock absorbers on 1967-69 Camaros and Firebirds. It provides a solid mounting point, eliminating the need for the stock sheetmetal mounts which cannot handle the stress of racing. This crossmember must be used when relocating the leaf springs inboard with our No. C2032 Offset Spring Hangers. Installation will also tie the rear subframe together for additional strength.
